LOFT Outlet at 5000 Katy Mills Circle, Katy, Texas.

Today was my first time at the Loft Outlet store in Katy Mills Mall and I was not impressed. I went with my sister-in-law whom shops there all the time and gets yearly coupons to take an extra 50% off the total price. Well this year the sales associates refused to give us the coupon with the in store deals. This was just the second rude encounter we had to put up with from employees. The first rude encounter was with the associate that works the fitting room. Heaven forbid we shared a fitting room to allow more customers to try clothes on and then dared to have one of us go out and get a different size. We got attitude for needing to try different sizes. I'm sorry I'm 3weeks postpartum and clothes don't fit my body right. Then she looked me up and down and sneered at me like I didn't belong in their store.
