Superior Fry Road Car Wash & Lube at 2205 North Fry Road, Katy, Texas.

Today I went to get exterior wash only and they are supposed to hand dry,today they were very busy and were sending cars very close from another in the washing area, I was afraid of other car hitting my car and I took off a little before the car got out itself, but parked outside to get it hand dry, sadly no one came to dry it and The guy in charge of detail and drying area walked by next to my truck and just saw it and walked straight to the detailed area, he didn’t ask if I needed anything, I got out of my truck and waited on the sitting ara to let them dry it, but every one just drying smaller cars. I finally went to the sales man and the guy in charge of the outside area came and THEN asked if I needed anything, I said “yes I needed to know if they were going to dry my truck or what because las week I came to get my small CAR washed only exterior also and parked and they handed dried it” he said you took off the riel before you were supposed to, but Honestly I don’t think that was a reason to ignore me at the drying area. I know for sure Detailed area pays better comisión because I worked in a car wash long time ago and a good manager DO NOT DO the kind of thing this guy did to me today. They can check their cameras if they need to, because also in the brushing area my car didn’t get brushed on front bumper which they normally do and windshield as well! I don’t like causing problems but today I left very disappointed....
