My daughter came here, they are very rude people. They do not know how to talk to customers. I had to call back and request a statement and they refused to help me, first by putting me on hold, then by saying they would send it to me but didnt get any of my information, then they hung up on me and refused to take my return call because obviously they have caller id and they kept hanging up on me. The first time my daughter went they refused to do any work until payment was made in full & I had paid, now they refuse to help me get a statement for my insurance co. I will never go there and suggest everyone to do more research before they go here, there are plenty of other great dentists in the area and cater to Katy residents. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
