    Called ahead of time to inform that patient was late. late fee was not disclosed then, then charged $30 AND moved to a "walk in" . Appointments are always overbooked to begin with, now you want to punish your patients for loyalty or are you just capitalizing on Houston Traffic. You're no Doctor, your a businessman, if you agree to this kind of office management.
