This is the worst, WORST, daycare I have ever encountered. The other reviewer is 100% correct when she says the place STINKS. The Explorer’s Club reeks and feels like a sauna. The staff and the Director, Ms. Kay, are unprofessional and inconsiderate. My daughter was being bullied by a teacher, Ms. Naheed, in front of students encouraging them to partake in the bullying. They promise you all of the structure and discipline when you enroll and literally let the children run wild and if you bring it up to them, they blame it on the children. My daughter would cry everyday because of this place. She got pushed by a child and they separated all of the students by age, when the students complained, Ms. Naheed said it was all my daughters fault and to blame her because she was the one who got hurt. When I complained to the front desk staff about this incident, they said they’d talk to Ms. Naheed. The next day this teacher punished her by separating her from her friends and saying to my 8 year old “Your mom isn’t going to do anything, I hate mom’s”. When I brought this incident up to the front desk staff, they said they’d speak to her again. I emailed Ms. Kay numerous occasions and she never EVER responded or acknowledged any of my emails. When I finally got her on the phone she admitted to seeing them and ignoring them. She would ignore my e-mails regarding tuition. She ignored my emails advising that my daughter wouldn’t be attending KRK anymore because of this.

If you are seriously considering this place, take a tour of the Explorer’s Club while the kids are there. You’ll be able to see firsthand how poorly run this place really is. It is not worth the money. It is not worth the bad influences your child will be exposed to at this location.
